The function to indicate how many weeks of the year is strange.
All other apps are in week 8, but Watchface shows week 9.
All watch faces produced by Galaxy Watch Studio are marked in week 9.
What is the cause of this? Please tell me the solution.
Korea is one of the few countries outside of the Americas that uses the “US Calendar” So it is going to differ from Europe.
But setting all countries will localize them. You can force the US to use UK English and that will set the week of year to be the same as Europe. But I don’t know of a hack to force Korean calendar.

Does it mean that if I set it to UK English, it works in the U.S. or Europe without any problems?
No, Week 1 in the US & Korea started December 27th Week 1 in Europe Started January 5th. Week 1 in Islamic countries has a different date.
But if you set it to UK or some other European country it would comply with ISO 8601 calendar.

Um…what should I do?
I personally think that anyone that wants the week of the year want the ISO standard week starts on Monday and has the week with the most days in it as the first week of the year. That is what accountants use for pay and taxes.
If you are only using numbers then just set it for UK English and one clock.
If you are using written days and months (Jan, Tue, etc.) make Week of the Year a separate clock and set that language for UK English only.

In general, it is the 9th week of February 28th in Korea.
It is correct if I use UK English.
If I set it up like this, will it be right in the U.S.?
It is never going to be right because US Calendar week stars on Sunday and ISO 8601 calendar starts on Monday.
But for payroll and taxes and most anything important businesses use the ISO standard. So anyone that really cares about the week of the year will expect the ISO Standard.
In your watch face description put a note saying Week of year conforms to ISO 8601 calendar for accounting purposes.
