Unable to send watchface. "ClockFace not installed" Watch Face Studio

Have there been any updates regarding this issue? I still have this issue. I have tried removing the work profile and the secure folder but it still states that the clockface application is not installed. I also installed the latest update of watchfacestudio but to no avail
