When I try to install the apk file to test the app in Remote Test Lab [KOREA], installation fails.
For testing purposes, this app displays only “Hello World!” and does not require any permissions.
There are other devices as well, but the ones that definitely cause problems are:
Among the Galaxy “S” series equipped with Android 12 or higher, the S22, S23, and S24 (including Plus and Ultra) cannot install the APK file in the “My Files” app.
When I run the apk file, installation begins, but when I press “Finish” or “Open” in the last step, the app being installed disappears.
Some of the Z series and A series can be installed without any problems.
Why is that so?
Please open a Developer Support Request on this. Be sure to state what country server you are using. You might want to wait and try on Monday first it seems to me that the devices get reset after a weekend.
