how to get the admin permission in Remote test lab
when I try to install apk file to the device in the Remote test lab, even from google play .It doesn’t work .there are some information I found

and how do I get the admin permission to install my app,I need this permission to test my app. it get some trouble in samsung device.

I think there is security issue and that is why it is blocked. I doubt there is any way to get this permission but you can open a support request.
