In this case, you must prove in some way that you created the app because it is a copyright infringement. You should ask how to do that on the seller portal.
Is this already on Play Store? That sometimes triggers an issue. However another game developer using Unity just said that they got the same rejection notice. So there may be more.
Let me know if the seller portal doesn’t give you a better answer.

Did you use Unity to publish/register your game like in this blog?
UDP no longer supports the Galaxy Store and may be why you got the rejection.
