Is there any difference with the oxygen saturation data that exists in HealthConnect?

What is the exact difference between health connect and samsung Privileged sdk

I asked but did not get an answer. But I believe that Privileged SDK allows you to use Samsung Health data generated by Samsung Health algorithms as well as share it with other Health partners.
