I want to upload my app on the galaxy store I have selected the age rating but I saw an option for certificate upload is it compulsory or Samsung team handles that that’s the only thing holding me

You must select an Age Restriction for your app.
If you are submitting an app rated at 18+ and will be distributing it in South Korea, you are required to submit a copy of your GRAC age rating certificate along with the confirmation number.
Otherwise, an age rating certificate is not required. However, if you have an age rating certificate, it is recommended that you submit a copy to help the Seller Portal team when they review your app. Please see the Seller Portal online help for additional information and restrictions regarding age rating.
