App issue on s21 Ultra

Hello all,

I am having an issue with the s21 Ultra that is stumping me. My app runs and works correctly, but the bottom menu doesn’t view correctly or at all. I have attached screenshots with redacted info. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Running the app in the simulator looks fine, but on the device it does not.

The app currently uses: * Android 10 (API level 29)

This is the menu that is missing. It is only missing on the s21 Ultra

I assume it has something to do with the viewport that is different on the s21 Ultra, but I’m not sure why it isn’t adjusting itself. We don’t have this issue on any other device.

Again, any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :pray:

Not sure if this helps however I haven’t seen an S21 that still runs Android 10, they should have all been updated to Android 11 by now? So you may be running an Android 10 app under Android 11.

Hi Brian! Did you manage to solve this? I have a problem with rendering in S21 Ultra too, in an old Xamarin.Forms project, and we cannot find any crashes while debugging.
