We have an App that connects to a wristband using BLE. The App must be always active so the wristband can raise alerts when the user needs help. The App works fine on most phones as long as the App is disabled from sleeping in the ‘do not sleep’ list. On Samsung phones the App does not show in this list.
I have published the App on the Samsung App store but did this did not make any difference.
