I have been developing a mobile application for my client website. They suggested many ideas regarding the app design. After completion we tested in both android and ios. But the app is not working properly on some Samsung smart phones.
While clicking on the app menu it is showing “ The version is not supporting”
Is it because of the difference in the android version?

Website is working when open in the browser, here is the link: https://www.webengrave.com/portfolio, but the app is not supported in samsung galaxy s series and j series.
Is it necessary to contact the developer support team?. If necessary, then I will raise the issue there.
