Issue: Violation of Deceptive Ads policy
My phone companion app use a button which redirect the user to my google play dev page (DADAM WATCH FACES button)
Issue: Inaccurate Health Apps Declaration
I ticked the Healt srevices and treatment, not only the Activity and fitness. Maybe that was the problem. The watch faces use step counter, herat rate measure, and custom complications.
I always only mark activity and fitness. I don’t have any problems. I also had this message with the Violation of Deceptive Ads Policy. My Companion app has also a link to Playstore DEV Page. At first I only had a weblink there … now I have set the Companion app that my developers ID is the link.
sorry for my bad english.
Hi,
That issue is only about google play store or any external links ? (e.g: instalation guide, instagram etc…)
I check only Activity and fitness - never got problems about that.
@Dadam The problem with the button is that it looks like an IN APP main function. But it is an external link. I had the same reason for an app rejection. So I changed it visually so that the main function and secondary external link are clearly separated visually and spatially.
Yeah i know its weird, but it is what it is.
Hello, and how did you do this? Could you give more details?
