Is there anyone from the Samsung team who can help us understand the reason for these app review delays we are currently experiencing? Our app updates and reviews have been delayed for more than a month, and we have not been given any explanation as to why only our apps are facing these delays in review and approval.
Can someone from Samsung assist us in this matter? We are also not receiving any solid response from customer support. These unprecedented app review delays are causing severe business losses for us.
