Is there any one from Samsung Team can help us to find the reason for these App Review Delays that we are experiencing since June 2024? Our apps updates/ reviews are getting late for two months and no one is giving us any reason why only our apps are getting late app updates review/ approvals. Any one from Samsung can help us in this matter? We are facing sever app business loss due to these unprecedented app reviews delay. Please support.

Please contact the Seller Portal team directly to inquire about the delay: From Seller Portal, click Help → Contact us. Then, click Contact us at the Customer Center located near the bottom of the page (if a pop-up with “Did you mean samsung.com?” appears, close the pop-up).
We have already contacted the review team multiple times as mentioned above, but still no valid reason has been shared with us about these app review delays. We are severely suffering from these app review delays. Our Apps reviews are taking about 2 months to get some reply (either app review rejected or approve) from app review team. Please suggest what we do in this situation? how can we work with Samsung Galaxy Store in this situation?
I have the same problem, I uploaded the new version and after more than 2 months it still says “testing”
