Our Apps Review are delayed. Still in review for past 2x months

We are also experiencing the unprecedented app review delays on our app, where our apps are in continuous “app review” state and we are not getting any feedback (either app approve or rejected with any reasons) from app review team. We have also contacted the app review support team (through One On One Query) multiple times about the delay in review but they only reply with standard wordings that we shall be informed about our app review through email, but this email never received. Please suggest what we can do in this situation? We are losing our app performance and users due this unprecedented delays in App Review. Please Help!

It has been more than 20 days and my applications are still under review. I do not know what to do and no one answers me.

We are also experience the same delay. Any one from Samsung side can assist us on this?

Both of you will need to contact and work with the Seller Portal team directly to get more information about the status of your apps as we weren’t given any details.

From Seller Portal, click Help → Contact us. Then, click Contact us at the Customer Center located near the bottom of the page (if a pop-up with “Did you mean samsung.com?” appears, close the pop-up).

Hi, we have already contacted the seller portal as you have suggested ( From Seller Portal, click Help → Contact us . Then, click Contact us at the Customer Center) multiple times and we get same reply “to wait” time and time again without any proper reason for this delay. Please suggest how we can maintain our apps with Samsung Galaxy Store with these never ending app reviews. Is there any timeline or SLA specify for the app review process?
