My Game Content Review Delayed

I was submit my app for review 2 week ago, but still in review. A message shown at dashbord, Content Review Delayed. What is the reason and how to solve it. Please guide

First try to get a response from the Seller Portal
click on help the upper right side is Contact Us, click on that and then click on the contact us menu item.

If you’ve done that or if you don’t get a response in a day or two or don’t understand it let me know. And I can contact you with private messenger for more information.
