Can I change Samsung Account in Remote Test Lab?

When I click on Samsung Account in Settings on RLT device, it says ‘Content Blocked’. Does it mean that I can change Samsung Account on and RTL device?

The problem I have, is that my account is added to beta testers of the new Wallet app, but my personal device doesn’t allow features that I want to test for region lock reasons. Is there a way I can work around this?

Actually, the Remote Test Lab’s web client takes screenshots from the device and show it via web client. Samsung Account activities were restricting to take screenshots. Hence, you are facing the issue.

The good news is our engineering team has already resolved the issue for Brazil, Korea, Poland, Russia, US, Vietnam region’s device in Remote Test Lab. Would you please try to use of the devices from these regions?
