Unable to sign in to the Play Store with Remote Test Lab equipment

Hello, I’m a developer using Remote Test Lab.

I want to install my own app in the Play Store and conduct a test, but I can’t sign in the Play Store.

Is it possible to check if it intentionally restricted access to the Play Store or if it is a temporary bug?

The access device is a Galaxy Tab S5e in Korea (Gumi).

I doubt it is allowed because you wouldn’t have access to change Google Account but go the contact us in RTL support and ask them. They usually respond within a few days.

If they don’t let you know ask again and I’ll ask someone in the US RTL team.
