Can't Connect WFS to GW7 for "Run on Device"

Hi,

First let me say I am not a developer and do not code. I only want to use WFS to create my own watch faces for personal use (not for sale).

I created my first test watch face (that part was easy!) and found the instructions for connecting the watch and WFS on my PC over wifi to “Run on Device.” But I can’t get it to work!

My watch is in developer mode, I turned on Wireless Debugging, but when it turned on, my watch did NOT display the info required by WFS, namely IP Port, Pairing Code, Pairing Port. It also does not display an IP address. What is displayed is Network Name, Wifi Address (BSSID), and a checkbox for Always Allow (which I checked).

My PC and watch are both on the same WiFi. My PC is Windows 11 Home, 23H2, OS Build 22631.4890. My Galaxy Watch 7 on One UI 6.0.x, System version 14, Wear OS version 5.0.

I must be doing something incorrectly. Can someone give me simple step-by-step instructions (for idiots, please!!) to be able to run a watch face created in WFS on my galaxy watch 7?

Thank you so much!!

UPDATE: When I posted this issue, a suggested post popped up that completely answered my questions. I am now able to use the Run on Device tool to move a face to my watch to test it or use it.

If anyone else is having the same issue, this is the link that provides the answer:
