Can't enable developer mode on Smart TV

I’m trying to activate the developer mode on a TV, but can’t find how or where to do it. I’ve read that it’s just typing 12345 in the Smart Hub screen, but it doesn’t work.
Can’t find anything in the settings either.

The TV model is BE32N.

It’s a business TV. I’ve tried contact with Samsung support through phone (brazillian), they sent me to Business support, which didn’t help at all because they didn’t even know that the developer mode exists in any TV.

Solution:
It wasn’t an issue with the manual.
I thought it was a Tizen TV.
I’m actually using an Legacy TV 2014, despite being manufactured this year.
So, the actual manual is this:
