I was working on my watch face yesterday without problem, but today it doesn’t seem to let me save or send my work to the watch anymore.
I’m using Windows 11 64 bit.
Can anyone help me?
What type of issues are you facing? Did you start a new project or work on a previous project and want to save it as new?
I found the issue when I was trying to save the project I was working on, but tried to start a new one and doesn’t save either. I tried reinstalling the software multiple times and changing the project folder location but no luck.
The issue is that when I hit the “save” button, it doesn’t do anything. Same for the “save as” button. Aside of that, it doesn’t let me send my design to the watch. The device is paired and I did it multiple times in the past, but now is just like the little loading symbol never ends.
If you are working on a previous one and save it as a new name, the project will save as the previous name not the new name.
It’s a rare case that the project doesn’t save. Please recheck the location where you are saving the project.
Please check this blog: Connecting Galaxy Watch to Watch Face Studio over Wi-Fi | Samsung Developer and try to run the “adb devices” command after pairing the device. If your device paired successfully, the adb cdevices command will show you the watch model name in the list.
