please correct the device time install will fail because of certification expiration time
You should generate a new certificate for your watch. I suspect your watch was updated to Tizen 5.5 and that requires a new Distributor Certificate. I think that is what is generating the warning.
Do not create a new Author’s certificate those technically can expire but really don’t. You need the original author certificate to update content on the store.

I am having this same issue while transfering my watchface to Gear S3 Frontier.

Already restored factory settings, generated a new distribute certification, and yet still same error.
I just helped another person with a similar issue. It appears that if you use GWD 2.0.1 there is a chance it will corrupt the Author’s Certificate. Roll back to GWS 2.0.0. If you are a watch face seller save your old author certificate just in case but generate a new Authors certificate

Hello.
I’m using the GWS 2.0.0.
Yesterday i’ve created another author certificate and another distribute certificate too. It still had the same problem. But today, i just tried again and the build and the push to the watch worked.
