The update is currently available in Germany for the wearable app (GW6). All complications are back

Open the Wearable App
click on the pancake menu
Click on the Settings
Click on About Galaxy Wearable
Even if you have automatic update on it might find the update and install it ahead of schedule.

I’m also in Germany, I have a Watch6 Classic, and I now have version 2.2.13.24011151 of the Watch6 Manager app too. It was already there when I checked via the “About Galaxy Wearable” page just now, so it probably updated itself automatically over the past 24 hours I guess.
And yes, I have all my complications back via the Wearable app on my phone! (Finally!)
