Content Review Delayed

I’m reaching out about a significant delay in the review process for my apps, which has persisted for over a month now. I’ve tried canceling and resubmitting, but the issue remains unresolved.

During my recent contact with support, I was asked for a “C-ID,” which I’m not familiar with. Can you please clarify what this is and how I can obtain it?

Here are the Content IDs for my apps:

  • Content ID: 000007421515
  • Content ID: 000007346395
  • Content ID: 000007259357

I’m also unable to find a way to contact support through the website. Could you please advise on how to escalate this issue or provide direct support?

“C-ID” is your content-ID, which you provided in this post. Please reply to your support contact with this information. If you have not done so already, ask them if your application has been rejected and why (unfortunately, you may not be notified if you’ve been rejected but they should be able to help you with this).

For Seller Portal support, log in to Seller Portal, click Help > Contact us, then click Contact us at the Customer Center > at the bottom (if a pop-up with “Did you mean” appears, close it).
