Several watch faces downloaded from the store allow independent color customization of backgrounds, hands, text, and other things. I’m not sure these are all made with WFS. Is it possible to do this in WFS?
Clearly, you can have some items use the theme color mechanism. and clearly, also, you can have other items use pre-colored images and allow the user to select among these using the style mechansim But is there a way, with a single white image, to allow the user to select a variable color that is independent of the theme color?
The theme color itself applies nicely to a white image, but can single (not style strip) images be made independent of the theme color and still have this nice way to change color without providing an image per color? And similarly text color.

As far as i know and tried those already created watch face works the same as using style images to “change” the color of text and image.
Meaning . Using style (different image ) to change color for the hands
And the text… seem they using masking (styles)
Just like what was said when i asked the same question.
But it be good if we could have something to.apply different themes to different groups.

I’ll go and puzzle out what masking means to see if I understand what you are suggesting. The conversation you link to is, as you say, asking for exactly the same thing as this. The watch face mentioned there is just the kind of thing I was referring to above. For me, now, the question is what is masking and how do I make it work? Today’s little investigation.
