My store badge report for July shows 85% of clicks were from desktop computers, which is surprising. But it also means most of desktop clicks didn’t convert because users would have to pick up their Samsung phone and type in Galaxy Badge link manually.
It would be great if desktop Galaxy Badge page also shows a QR code of the badge link. That way users just need to scan it with their Samsung phones.
Why could there not be a direct link button, which would send the theme or watch face or app from the store page directly to your account connected device? Impossible, in 21st century, age of computers and artificial intelligence?
That would be even better, but it would be hard to get around privacy regulations. Plus I imagine most Chrome desktop users are logged in with Google account, not Samsung account.
I dont know, but I thought why would you be logged in the same store on different account with PC than phone. If its galaxy store its galaxy account even on PC, but I dont know. I found theme for my S7 years ago, dont remember what account I used for it. I dont want new phone, they are all too big now.
If you click on a Samsung app link in a browser on a PC all you get is a message telling you that the link only works on a Samsung device. Nothing more you can do!
If they showed a QR code at least we could then scan and see the content on the mobile device.
