picture in Watch face studio?

use some tricks.
Type 88 as a text, no time just text (MUST).
make the color as grey or as you like.
then select Hour on top as time and chose color.
both grey 88 and regular time should be on same font size, same width same height.
and on bottom grey font 88
on top of that actual time
you will get this result as you like by this tricks.

Also you can Duplicate your Digital numerals , set them to 33 % opacity and offset them a couple of pixels in the X and Y position .
To make it as simple and accurate as possible, make a duplicate of your actual time layer (ctrl+D) and to make it actual shadow over the texture below, make it semitransparent, replace the time tags with 88s select the shadow layer and nudge it with arrow keys down and sides, to play with depth
