Download Samsung Galaxy watch 4 raw sleep data

I need to access the sleep data (the raw data) that is captured by the default Samsung health app installed in the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 that I have. In particular, I need the data related to the sleep stages, oxygen saturation, heart rate, and any other data that is captured in the background.
First, I am trying to access the data to download it in csv format or similar.

I read that there should be a “download data” button on the health app on the smartphone.

But I do not see that download button on the smartphone (on the samsung health app).
Is this option still available? If so, does the smartphone need to meet certain requirements?

As far as I know it is not available except on a paired phone because of Health Privacy regulations.

If you want to do this for a business or programmatically you need to be a privileged health partner.

You can download the Samsung Health app on almost any Android smartphone on Play Store and for iPhone on the App Store. It does require Wear 3.0 or newer Smart Watch for many features.

Google also has a Heath App I do not know what features it has.
