Factory reset protection on device with an already deleted google acc

Device Name - Samsung a03s
Android Version - 13

We are an MDM provider and one of our Samsung devices had Factory reset protection(FRP) turned on, details of the device are mentioned above. It was deleted from the MDM portal causing it to reset and needed the old user details for login, which is not available anymore.

We are Knox partners with Samsung but couldn’t find any info on the developer’s portal for device recovery from FRP. Kindly guide us through how we can remove the FRP and recover the device.

The only way I know to remove the FRP is to take it to a dealer or send it to Samsung with proof of purchase. This is part of the Android software not Samsung.
