Did you just update to Windows 11 if so you need to create a new Distributor Certificate and accept the RSA Encryption key again.
Either one of them will result in the Error [-12] time out because it can’t transfer to the watch.
If that isn’t it see the FAQ 23 or give more information here. I know all the problems and solutions

I did replace both the author and distributor certificates which seemed to solve the issue.
One bug I do keep finding though, is that after a reboot or power Off and On, the weather information on the face I made doesn’t show initially. It will eventually show if I change the face to another one and then come back to the one I made.

I did replace both the author and distributor certificates which seemed to solve the issue.
If you upload to the store you can’t update content if you change the Author’s certificate but it won’t hurt if this is for you own use. The Distributor certificate tells the device it is ok to allow installation and is only for personal development.

My guess is this is because it forces a refresh of the weather I think the default weather setting in GWS is update every 4 hours or something like that. You should be able to add a button to update weather I think that will refresh it. If you don’t know how to do that I can help.
