Salve, ho scaricato da questo link << https://developer.samsung.com/galaxy-watch-design/studio/overview.html >> il software galaxy watch designer quando ho lanciato l’installazione sono stato rimandato alla pagina di download del Java, ho scaricato la versione richiesta, installato la versione Java e riavviato sia il browser che il pc; ma quando poi clicco sul file di istallazione del galaxy watch designer mi rimanda sempre alla pagina di download del Java. C’è qualcosa che non va. Ah!? il sistema operativo è a 64 bit come richiesto. Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi fornendomi magari il link del software corretto? O dirmi come risolvere il problema che ho? Grazie mille in anticipo.

If you have Windows 7 32 bit operating system you will need to download the 32 bit Java 8 SE (x86) version and you will need to install the legacy Galaxy Watch Designer 1.6.2. (click on the expansion arrow on the same GWD download page and you will see the older versions).
If you have a 64 bit version of Windows 7 or Windows 10 you will need to download the Java SE (x64) version. You can download both from this Oracle Site.

ous avez très probablement un conflit java 32 bits et 64 bits. ce que vous devez faire est de supprimer le java 32 bits. Vous devrez aller à l’outil de désinstallation Java sur le site Web Oracle, sélectionnez Java 32 bits et Unintsall, cela devrait le faire. Après cela, éteignez complètement votre PC, puis redémarrez. Come ha detto Malcolm, l’errore Exit 13 è una versione Java errata. Puoi anche dirlo perché si trova nella cartella Programmi (x86) e non nella cartella Programmi.
Se GWD non riesce ad avviarsi dopo aver rimosso la versione Java a 32 bit, assicurarsi che Java SE sia installato nella cartella C / Programmi e aggiornare il proprio percorso per riflettere ciò. (informazioni su come farlo sono nel Tutorial GWD - Introduzione - Sezione di installazione)

Buongiorno, sul 64 bit deve esserci qualche problema perché ho disinstallato tutti i java ed installato il 64 bit in c:\programmi ma… è il programma stesso che lo va a cercare in program file (x86) quindi quando lo lancio mi da errore. ho provato ad installare la 1.6.2 sul 32 bit ed è partita ma ho scoperto che è solo in lingua inglese 
ho visto che si puoi impostare lo sfondo il quadranre digitale o analogico ma non ho trovato come poter mettere livello batteria, conta passi, battiti cardiaci ecc. Mi sapresti dare una mano? Grazie

As far I could see, every version of GWD is English only.
For the battery state, step count, or heart rate display, you can add text or hand element and in field “sync with” pick from the list last option “conditions” and from there the information your desire.
Your path was still set for the x86 version. Since you have 1.6.2 now I suggest you play with it and see if it something you wish to continue doing. If so I can help you install the next release of Galaxy Watch Designer and set your environmental variables correctly.
Galaxy Watch Designer is only in English for better or worse, English is the language of programming.

si sono interessato a fare aggiornamento an he perché appena installato mi ha detto che vi fosse una versione aggiornata ma… aggiornado non funzionava più perché incompatibile con il 32 bit.

The newer versions of GWD require 64 bit version of Java SE not the 32 bit version. I believe from previous replies that while you installed the 64 bit Java version your System path has the 32 bit version in it and that was the conflict.
