I would like to either find or create a watch face that changes color to reflect the stress level detected on my watch. It appears that the new health metrics on the Watch 5 has not yet been incorporated into Watch Studio. Is this in fact correct or am I missing something?
You need Watch Face Studio for Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 watches.
Having said that Samsung Health is an app with proprietary algorithm because of Privacy regulations and other such items Only Samsung Premium health Partners have access to Samsung Health data.
To do what you want you or someone would need to Android Studio and create an application using Wear Health Services and your own algorithm for stress and a Watch Face that uses that information.
Having said that, I think it is a great Idea kind of a mood ring for your wrist.
