Yes, I did look at the rules carefully before asking. Because the wallpaper is drawn under a smart layer, the file may be a bit large. Is there any size limit for the uploaded file?
There is a file size limit. However, when you go to submit it you can use a cloud service Google Drive, etc and they can download it from there. There is a spot in the entry form for that URL
