How do I make a text-based day of the week?

To start, today was my first day using Galaxy Watch Studio and I have no background in anything like this. I started tinkering around and found it to be really fun. I was browsing through the menus and could not find a way to play a text-based day of the week (MON, TUE, WED etc…).

For what you described, insert a digital clock element, change the ICU format to E or EEEEE or something like that.
