Hi,
We’ve got a serious problem here, when we call navigator.storage.persist()
on a PWA app (using Samsung Internet), installed on device, we always have false
as response.
How can we enable persistent storage in this case ? Is there a secret function to do so ?
Thank you.

Samsung Internet updated to 25.0.1.3 but no persistent-storage activated… When does this fix will be shipped ?
Hi Mathieu,
The Samsung Internet team let me know that they can’t support persistent storage API right now. This is because there is some difference in internal implementation which has some dependencies with other modules.
Currently, they don’t have any plans to add support for this API. I am very sorry for not being able to share better news.
Sincerely,
Samiul Hossain
