How to make changeable watch hands with fixed tapping area?

mentioned expression works with hands moved CW , how to make to be moved CCW?

Hi, for CCW movement just make the expressions negative (I rather put 0 on beginning, if the leading minus sign should cause trouble)
hour hand: 0-[H]*30-[m]/2
minute hand: 0-[m]*6-[s]/10
second hand: 0-[s]*6
