I can't change the country when registering

When registering in Samsung Seller Portal it is impossible to change the country, by default it is USA, but I am from Ukraine and want to register as Corporate Seller. Please I need help!

The country /region in your Samsung account profile determines the country/region in your Seller Portal profile.

If you have not completed your Seller Portal account registration, update the country/region in your Samsung account profile and then complete your Seller Portal account registration.

If you have completed your Seller Portal account registration, you will need to delete your Seller Portal account, update the country/region in your Samsung account profile, then re-register for a Seller Portal account. Note that you must delete your Seller Portal account, otherwise you will not be able to update the country/region in your Samsung account.

To delete your Seller Portal account, go to your Seller Portal profile, scroll to the bottom and click Edit, enter your password, scroll to the bottom of the page again , locate the “Withdraw Seller Membership” section, and click here. Follow the prompts to withdraw your membership.

To change the country/region in your Samsung account, go to your profile, click Edit personal information, and click > in the country/region field to update it. Note that you can only modify this field once every 180 days.

After updating and saving the country/region in your Samsung account, register for a Seller Portal account.
