Invalid content was found starting with element 'tizen:ime'

I created a project with downloading the IME sample, and it cannot even compile. Tizen Studion 3.7 is complaining that the config XML is invalid: Invalid content was found starting with element ‘tizen:ime’.
I read the documentation about tizen:ime and the
<tizen:category name= “http://tizen.org/category/ime” /> element is included.
Does anyone managed to build this sample application?

I am also facing the same problem in Tizen Studio 3.7. I have gone through the documentation with no luck. Did you find any solution for the issue?
