The current situation with GTS/validation tests/bug reports is bothersome as is but a few weeks ago (July 18th to be precise) I reported the notorious “notification history” bug (even though others designers have reported way earlier than I have) and I have yet to receive an answer for it.

The Store Operation team is looking into this issue with Premium support. It may be they are not getting the reports. I’ll let you know if I learn anything new.
I have already received the “We would like to inform you that your inquiry has been registered successfully and sent to the Customer Support team” (on July 18th). And knowing there’s other designers reporting no replies from inquiries seems probably a bigger problem at hand.
I can’t disagree with this at all.
We (Developer Relations and Galaxy Store Operations team) are trying to sort it out. It is more than just Themes but I think more affects Themes.
