When I choose the Ultra power mode, only the watch face appears with a system of 24 hours and does not contain a date … Can I modify it or make something like it so that it is energy-saving and disables all other features and sensors
You can make any kind of simple face, but using it will only affect what is on the display and not automatically change all the settings that using this power mode does.

And what about the watch face in ultra power saving mode? Can it be modified and made into a 12 hour system? Is it possible to show the date
I dont know, do not have wear OS watch, but I doubt it. If that particular face is automatically switched by choosing the mode, then its probably part of the watch firmware and it cant be modified/replaced with face made with WFS. Maybe it can be configured somewhere in settings.
