Hi, everyone.Today, I’d like to discuss an issue I’ve encountered with the transfer of activity-related calorie data from Samsung Health to Google Health through Health Connect.
While analyzing the data, I noticed that in Google Health, the “Active Energy” values coming from Samsung Health are always shown as zero. However, when there is data present in Samsung Health’s “Exercise Calories” field, only then does Google Health display a value for “Active Energy.” This observation raises concerns about accuracy since it doesn’t reflect the true situation of my physical activities and daily energy expenditure.
I’d like to address this by asking whether this issue is due to incomplete functionality or if there’s something that could be improved or adjusted in the data syncing process between the two platforms. This discrepancy is affecting the accuracy of my health data in Google Health, and I believe it’s crucial to find a solution.
I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing your insights and suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
