Issues with Fall Detection Sample Code

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working with the fall detection sample code from the Samsung Health blog, and I’m encountering some issues. I successfully tested the code on the emulator using synthetic commands, and it worked perfectly. However, when I try to run the same code on the actual watch, neither real falls nor synthetic commands seem to trigger the detection.

I’ve confirmed that all necessary permissions are granted, and fall detection is set to “Always” in Knox Manage.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As you are facing issue after implementing the blog. I would suggest you to report the issue to developer support with below information:

  1. Steps to reproduce the issue with sample app
  2. Dumpstate log
  3. Expected result
  4. Demo Video if possible

The respective team will check this and share you a better suggestion.
