We downloaded “EventMonitor” file here(Events Monitoring | Samsung Developers) and built app on Galaxy watch 5.

After we tested “Fall Detection”, but we could’t receive any data on this app.
(At the same time We received Samsung own fall detection noti!!)

plz check whether the explain and file of the web site is available or not.

Make sure hard fall detection is turned on.
Watch Settings → Safety and emergency → Hard fall detection

If still you face the issue, then report it to Samsung developer support officially with dumpstate log.
