I am writing regarding the application package “Vrtly” that I submitted for approval. Unfortunately, it was declined due to the app displaying a black screen after loading on a QA engineer’s TV.
The “Certification Defects Q&A” page in the “FAQ” section of your website mentions that the QA team can provide JavaScript logs for issues encountered.
Does anyone know the process (or possibility) to view the JavaScript logs our content manager? This would help us identify and resolve the issue. The app performs well on our two 2018 Samsung Tizen TVs.
