Need to clear my some confusions

Hello, I have just started development for Samsung TV. And I have some questions.

1- I am installing Tizen web app on my Samsung TV. When I install first time, it installs successfully.
When I make some changes and want to install the updated app, I got this error, so every time I am deleting the app from the TV manually.

2- How and where can I see my logs? I’ve tried by right clicking on the device in the device manager and click on Add log tab which opens a tab in the bottom but I can’t see any logs.
3- I’ve built whole app while testing on the Web simulator, and when the app is done, I’ve tested on real Samsung TV and nothing works.
4- Does bootstrap work in Samsung? It’s not working for me, at least or maybe I am doing something wrong. What are the JS limitations we have in this?
5- If I can see my logs, many of the problems will be solved.
6- Is there any Samsung TV developers slack or discord for community questions, if is there any, please share.
It would be a great help if you can clear my some confusions.

There is some discussion on the Tizen.org not sure if it useful. Sadly it seems like Smart TV developers do not like to help others. There used to be something on Redit but I think that went more to end users now you can try GitHub too.

Since no one responded, I would suggest you look for an answer in the FAQ-Q/A under the most appropriate topic on the Smart TV Seller Office site If you don’t find a solution there then sign in and open a Smart TV Seller Support Request . They can help you better there.

Thanks @r.liechty_SDR for your honest reply. I would definitely check out these.
Some of my confusions are cleared. Some are left. These will be mostly cleared by hit and try and questioning here and there.
