I notice that some complications are too long for the allotted space on my watchface. Is there a way to limit what a user can choose? I’d only want to the user to have the choice to select only complications that fit the specific slot of the watchface.
Any ideas?

You can resize every components of complications.
Could you please explain more?
For example, some complications do not fit in a small circle. So I want them to only select complications that would fit, like date, weather, world clock, etc. But complications that have longer text may show “…” and not fit within the circle; so I’d like to limit those
Sadly, you cannot.
You can only limit complications by type, or make a complication fixed (meaning not editable). The app selection is completely dependant to the user’s watch.
