Most of the DASH OTT Widevine streams are not playing Sasmsung S6, S21 mobile but the same stream is playing on other Samsung and other branded mobiles

We are currently facing an issue in playing with greenish video in some of Samsung mobile handset like Samsung Galaxy S6 and S21 mobiles, where as the same content is playing in other Samsung and other brand mobiles.

The problematic mobiles details as below,

Samsung S6:
Chip: Exynos 9611
Android OS: 11

Samsung S21:
Chip: Exynos 2100
Android OS: 11

Also, the same mobile some DASH streams are playing without having any error.

is there any problem we have with the above devices or any way to debug what is the actual issue with the decoding. The clear content of the same stream is decoding properly on the same device. Only the Widevine encrypted content is having this issue

Please let us know if any widevine library issue we can suspect? Is there any way to check the WV library version and does it require any update?
