Need Roadmap, how to get started?

I am lost and don’t understand where to start. I read old post from '20 but doesn’t show exactly the detail how to get started.

Where do I get Galaxy theme Studio program? How to be come partner? Does it cost?
Does it mean that I need to sketch some themes up to 6 mock-ups and then apply for sasumg submission? https://developer.samsung.com/galaxy-themes/overview.html

First you have to create your concepts/mock ups, apply, get accepted and only then you will have access to Galaxy Themes Studio.
