Web app certification problem - please help!

Below is what we sent to 1/1 QA a while back, haven’t heard a response. Does anyone in the dev community have any advice?

Hi,

I received an email informing me that my web app, which I submitted for review, isn’t running on the test equipment and has been rejected.

The app I’m trying to get approval for is written in Vue3 and compiled for Chrome version >=69 or.

I’m testing it on a 32" N5300 TV, which falls into the 18TV_STANDARD_3 group and currently runs Tizen OS 5.5.

The app runs flawlessly on that TV.

My questions are:

  1. How do I request approval for the 18TV_STANDARD_3 group? The groups I see when requesting approval start with 20TV_.
  2. Can you please abort the approval process for the app? I cannot request approval for the updated app package because it is currently under review.
  3. Is there a table of the Chromium engine version for each model year or Samsung TV group, or a table of the correspondence between Tizen and Chromium versions? This way, I’d be able to compile an app package for each TV group.
