I know my questions are quite stupid but I really want to do things right.
My questions are:
Security pledge. There are fields for date, sign, email, name and company name. Can I skip company name field if I do not have one?Just leave it blank?
Galaxy Theme Studio.
Will I recieve link to this studio on my email?
Should I change my status to private commercial seller before or after recieving Galaxy Theme Studio acess?

If you don’t have a business name, put your name and information in. You can be a private seller for Themes.
Yes but you can’t sign in until they have processed your pledge.
I would start right away. If you have a PayPal account it usually goes pretty quickly. But if you have a personal banking account that can take a week or more depending on your bank and country.

I’m also a newbie and I’m having trouble getting through the process. Last week I received an email saying I was approved, but today I received another email to review my dashboard. My request was updated to rejected and it says: “Please re-submit your pledge”.
I don’t know what I should do now. In the first email it said that I would have to print a document, agree with the terms, sign the document and send it again, but I did not receive this document to print and I did not find where I could get this document.
What should I do now?
