why don’t you ask the testing approval team in your office? I am sure there is a database for every approved Watch Face.

Sorry, but there isn’t much you or I can do about this.
My advice is to convert the project to Wear OS and list it on Play Store.

I think you will probably find that Extruded Heart will be removed you can use the tpk converter tool to convert that to Wear OS.
